1) RELEASE OF VSTK/P 165 (Jan 30, 2004)

CyberSoft is announcing the official release of VSTK/P Package Version 165 today (Jan. 30, 2004). We will begin shipping on the next business day (Feb. 2, 2004). VSTK/P 165 is a rollup release. Many Users are already using a version of this release as a Beta version because it was not released officially. This corrects that problem by making it an official release. We strongly suggest that Users upgrade their binaries to this version; however, Users should be aware that VSTK/P 166 will be released no later than February 26, 2004.

2) RELEASE OF VSTK/P 166 (Feb. 26, 2004)

VSTK Package Version 166 will be available no later than February 26, 2004. This release will be backward compatible with Package Version 165. The expected differences between 166 and 164 are the addition of new tools such as MiniWeb, and a new graphical user interface that uses MiniWeb called VGUI.

3) PRICE INCREASE IN FUTURE

CyberSoft will be raising its prices some time during Spring 2004. We have not done so since August 2001. CyberSoft encourages our Customers to place orders for new software, as well as renewals of Maintenance & Support contracts, before the price changes take effect. This is especially exciting, since we've just released VSTK 165 & VSTKP 165. By the end of February 2004, we'll be releasing VSTK 166 & VSTKP 166! It's simple. All you need to lock in the current pricing for new licenses or renewal of Maintenance & Support contracts is to request a Quote. Don't forget - you can always exercise your option of choosing your own M&S contract expiration date, so they'll all renew on the same date in the future.

CyberSoft will honor the pricing of all Quotes that are issued prior to the effective date of the price increase. CyberSoft is pleased to offer delayed shipping and extended payment terms during this transitional period, on an individual basis. If your budget doesn't allow for the expenditure until June, and you want to take advantage of this offer, request a Quote now! Just let us know that you're placing your order in the future, and we'll hold the Quote open for you.

For more information, or to request a Quote, please contact Neil Woodland at (610) 825-4748 or via e-mail at woodland@cyber.com.

4) NEW EMPLOYEES

CyberSoft announces that it has increased its staff with 9 new hires, to better serve you. In our Pennsylvania office, we hired 4 new technical staff members and 1 additional administrative assistant. In our Wisconsin office, we recently hired 3 additional technical staff members and 1 administrative staff member. All of these people are now on board and working.

5) NEW TECHNOLOGY TO BE RELEASED IN 2004

CyberSoft has been very busy in 2003 inventing new technologies. We filed for 6 new patents in 2003, so you can expect to start seeing some very innovative technology being released in late 2004. We can't say any more until then, but you can expect this to be breakthrough technology that will cause a paradigm shift in the industry!
