CyberSoft News For September 2007
CyberSoft Section 508 Testing
Section 508 Testing
We are undergoing third-party testing for compliance for Section 508. This means that all of our websites and browser-based products follow the regulations governing Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which require computer software products developed by (or for) any federal agencies to be designed for equal accessibility by anyone with a vision, hearing, or motor skill disability allowing easy navigation with assistive technologies.
For further information, visit http://www.section508.gov.
New Version of VSTK
We are currently working on a version of VSTK that will work on machines running Windows operating systems - this will be included on each version of our product shipping out.
Included is a re-vamped version of our VGUI - an HTML-based interface that works with Miniweb as well as other popular web browsers. This interface is also Section 508 compliant.
For more information, as well as any further suggestions, please email us at info@cybersoft.com.
