In Memoriam: Marie Radatti
It is with great regret that we inform you of the passing of Marie Radatti, Executive Vice President, CFO and co-founder of CyberSoft Operating Corporation. Marie's death was unexpected. Marie was a co-founder of CyberSoft with her son, Peter Radatti. Peter remains the President and CEO of CyberSoft. Peter and the company wish to thank all those people who sent expressions of sympathy. Marie will always be missed and the company shall continue to flourish, thanks to her wise counsel and planning.

Server Upgrade News
CyberSoft is in the final stages of upgrading its primary web and support servers. The new server will be significantly more powerful and should provide faster response to our customers. In addition to the more powerful hardware, the latest database and operating system upgrades and disaster recovery management software will be installed. CyberSoft and third party testers are working as hard as possible to insure that there will be no disruptions of service from this transition, and none are expected. As with most critical updates, this has been a major effort, and we feel that it will be worth it.
